Subdivision projects include various single-family products with lots ranging from 5,000 square feet to several acres in size. Multi-family developments include duplex-style products, townhomes, and apartment complexes. Developments range from as few as 10 lots on small sites to well over 400 lots on larger sites. Glover Engineering has completed numerous developments throughout the Triad and surrounding areas. Land development projects include initial layouts, rezoning, street, drainage, water, sewer, watershed quality/quantity control, sedimentation/erosion control designs as well as local, state, and federal permitting.
